This cactus, described by Friedrich Ritter in 1970, has particularly beautiful yellow spines. The reliably appearing flowers reach a diameter of 45mm and are light yellow, the stamp is pink.
Meanwhile, the plant has been renamed and is now called Parodia scopa ssp. succinea!
