This agave grows in Mexico in the states of Puebla and Oaxaca.
In its homeland it forms rosettes with a diameter of up to 1 meter, but remains smaller in culture.
The leaves are only approx. 0.5 cm wide and have an approx. 2 cm long end spine.
The seeds germinate after about 8 days.
